User Mobility-Aware UAV-BS Placement Update With Optimal Resource Allocation

In the presence of mobile ground users, it is imperative to optimize placement unmanned aerial vehicle-base stations (UAV-BSs) in a UAV-assisted communication network. Moreover, update interval also crucial parameter that impacts network performance; hence, needs be optimized. Our work aims jointly users’ association with UAV-BSs, resource allocation, UAV-BS placement, and interval.
